Activities & Recreation
Yosemite National Park has plenty of activities to offer but you wont be able to do them all in one day. Some activities are:

Rock Climbing can be a dangerous activity of climbing 300ft sheer granite walls in Yosemite especially for the non-experienced ones. Most elite climbers challenge themselves to climb up to the top of the 3593ft El Capitan, and Half Dome.

Biking can be a useful and fun way to get around Yosemite even when camping. Visitors can bike all around Yosemite Valley but must stay on paved bike paths or highways.

Horseback riding can be accessed from inside the park where visitors can be taken on a tour of Yosemite Valley, Wagona, and in the high country near Tuolumne meadows

Fishing can be done by either a regular fishing pole or fly-fishing in the rivers or in Lake Mcclure, Lake Macswain, Bass Lake, Lake Don Pedro and many more lakes. Possible types of fish to catch are Kokanee salmon, trout, bass, catfish, bullheads, crappie, bluegill and others.

Downhill and cross-country skiing and snowboarding is available during winter times having well maintained slopes, trails, and tracks. Ski or snowboard instructors and rental equipment are also available. Yosemite National Park offers some of the best cross-country skiing in California and has more than 90 miles of trails. 25 miles are machine groomed track and has heated overnight ski huts available at Glacier Point.

Snowshoeing is an easy way to get around in the snow. They can be rented from multiple locations within the park. Open air ice skating is also an option with its many locations in Mariposa, Tenaya Lodge or at Curry Village with a view of Half Dome
